Welcome to the "Own Your Metabolism" Program ("Program"), a unique offering consisting of a "Challenge" and multiple Courses, from a subsidiary of Liz Wolfe Co. ("Company," "we," "us"), legally established in Kansas, USA. Your access to and use of the Program are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Program Description
This is a digital program aimed at empowering individuals to restore and enhance their metabolic health. It integrates various methodologies covering key areas such as mind, movement, micronutrients, microbiome, and sleep. The Program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience and is delivered through a Challenge and multiple Courses, which contain a mix of PDFs, audio, video, worksheets, and apps.

Eligibility and Registration
The Program is available to individuals without age or health prerequisites. Registration requires accurate and complete personal information. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payments and Refunds 

Program Fee: The fee for the Own Your Metabolism program varies and is dependent on live coaching features, online community access, seasonal promotions, and special bonus offerings. This fee amount is payable in full upon enrollment and provides access to the comprehensive Own Your Metabolism Suite, which MAY include all challenge, course, and informational materials, app membership, audio and/or video feeds, and membership to the Own Your Metabolism Online Community Platform. Access to features is dependent on the chosen program package. 

Optional Subscription Service: Upon completion of the free trial period (if available at the time of purchase) you will be automatically enrolled in a month-to-month subscription to the Own Your Metabolism community at the listed subscription fee displayed and promoted on the offer page .

The subscription can be canceled at any time. Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the Own Your Metabolism Program, you may request a full refund. This refund must be requested within 10 weeks of activating your Own Your Metabolism challenge, or within 30 days of purchasing if challenge remains unactivated. To request a refund, please email your claim to [email protected] along with the required completion materials as specified in the Program guidelines. Upon issuing a refund, your access to all premium features, assets, and tools associated with the Program will be revoked. However, you will maintain access to the "Connect" group within the Own Your Metabolism Community, which is a free access group, as long as that group remains available and you remain in good standing.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription to the Own Your Metabolism community at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Own Your Metabolism Challenge and Courses will remain. You may retain access to the "Connect" group within the Own Your Metabolism Community as long as that group remains available and you remain in good standing.

No Refunds for Subscription Payments: Refunds will not be issued for any payments made towards the monthly subscription fee.

Grandfather Clause: These payment terms do not apply to participants who enrolled in the program before August 1st, 2024. Such participants will be governed by the terms that were in effect at the time of their registration.

Intellectual Property Rights
All Program materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, and multimedia content, are owned by the Company and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of registered participants only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and payment information collected during registration and Course participation is secured and managed through reputable third-party platforms. We may use your email for future communications related to the Company's offerings. We will not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any aspect of the Program. The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Program.

Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage with the Program materials responsibly and respectfully. The Company reserves the right to terminate access for participants found violating these Terms or engaging in behavior deemed harmful to the Program community.

Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in using our Program and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of any information provided on or through the Program.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Kansas. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes through email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program for any participant who breaches these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
