Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie chicken is great, or the Basic Shredded Chicken recipe, page 133)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup apples, diced
- 1/3 cup grapes, halved
- 3 Tbs chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped thyme
- 1 Tbs honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well to completely combine.
- Serve solo, over greens, or use grain free chips or crackers to scoop!
