Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spring mix
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbs chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup avocado, diced
- 3 oz cooked chicken breast

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
- In a large salad bowl, layer the spring mix, arugula, butter lettuce, radishes, sugar snap peas, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, and walnuts.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad.
- Layer chicken on top.
