Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup spring mix
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbs chopped walnuts 
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  2. In a large salad bowl, layer the spring mix, arugula, butter lettuce, radishes, sugar snap peas, strawberries, blueberries, avocado, and walnuts.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad.
  4. Layer chicken on top.
