Ingredients 

  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled (optional), cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp cooking oil or fat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 °.
  2. Place the sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet. Drizzle with cooking oil and sprinkle with all seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the sweet potatoes to the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
