Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled (optional), cut into wedges
- 1 tsp cooking oil or fat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 °.
- Place the sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet. Drizzle with cooking oil and sprinkle with all seasonings. Mix well.
- Transfer the sweet potatoes to the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
