Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai)
- Juice of 1 orange + 1/2 tsp. zest
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Handful fresh organic spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup (+/-) water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice
- Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
- A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth.
- Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
