Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai)
- ¼ cup orange juice (or juice of 1 small orange) + 1/2 tsp. zest
- 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- Handful fresh organic spinach (optional)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup (+/-) unsweetened canned coconut milk (can also use water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice; calories & macros given are for coconut milk)
- A few ice cubes and/or water (optional, for consistency: ice thickens, water thins)
Instructions
- Put everything in your blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
