Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai) 
  • Juice of 1 orange + 1/2 tsp. zest
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Handful fresh organic spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (+/-) water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice
  • Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
  • A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
