Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai) 
  • ¼ cup orange juice (or juice of 1 small orange) + 1/2 tsp. zest
  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt 
  • Handful fresh organic spinach (optional)
  • 2 tsp honey 
  • 1/4 cup (+/-) unsweetened canned coconut milk (can also use water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice; calories & macros given are for coconut milk)
  • A few ice cubes and/or water (optional, for consistency: ice thickens, water thins)

Instructions

  1. Put everything in your blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
