Ingredients
- 12 spears asparagus
- 6 slices serrano ham or prosciutto
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 °.
- Bring a pot of salted water to boiling. Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes.
- Take the asparagus out, and let cool until you can touch it. Wrap two spears with 1 slice of serrano ham. Add to a roasting tray and cook for 12 minutes.
