Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. pork loin roast
- 16 oz jar of sauerkraut with caraway seeds
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Generously salt and pepper the pork.
- Add the pork to the slow cooker, and then add sauerkraut, onions, and apples.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
