Ingredients 

  • 3-4 lb. pork loin roast
  • 16 oz jar of sauerkraut with caraway seeds
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Generously salt and pepper the pork. 
  2. Add the pork to the slow cooker, and then add sauerkraut, onions, and apples.
  3. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
