Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into several big chunks
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 4 Tbs maple syrup
- 2 apple, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Rub the pork with the salt, pepper, and safe.
- Place it in the slow cooker.
- Add the apples, orange juice, and maple syrup.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Once it is cooked, use 2 forks to pull the pork apart.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
