Ingredients 

  • 4 filets of turkey breast (4-4oz servings)
  • 4 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (16-oz) bag of cranberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions 

  1. Place the turkey in the slow cooker.
  2. Rub the top of each breast with 1 Tbs of maple syrup. Sprinkle turkey with sea salt and cinnamon.
  3. Add the cranberries and onions to the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
