Ingredients
- 4 filets of turkey breast (4-4oz servings)
- 4 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (16-oz) bag of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Place the turkey in the slow cooker.
- Rub the top of each breast with 1 Tbs of maple syrup. Sprinkle turkey with sea salt and cinnamon.
- Add the cranberries and onions to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
