Ingredients 

  • 4 lb Chuck or round of roast beef 
  • 4 C beef broth or stock
  • 2 Tbs Dried Onion Flakes
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 

 Optional Meat Seasoning 

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp salt 
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced onions

Instructions 

  1. Place beef roast into crockpot.
  2. Pour broth/stock, onion mix, and Worcestershire sauce over the top of the roast.
  3. Cook on high for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours
  4. Once the roast reaches 145 ° internal temperature, remove from crockpot and let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Shred beef
  6. Once cooled, store in airtight container or set aside for your next recipe.
