Ingredients
- 4 lb Chuck or round of roast beef
- 4 C beef broth or stock
- 2 Tbs Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Optional Meat Seasoning
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced onions
Instructions
- Place beef roast into crockpot.
- Pour broth/stock, onion mix, and Worcestershire sauce over the top of the roast.
- Cook on high for 6 hours, or low for 8 hours
- Once the roast reaches 145 ° internal temperature, remove from crockpot and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Shred beef
- Once cooled, store in airtight container or set aside for your next recipe.
