Ingredients
- 1 medium parsnip
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small beet
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tsp cooking oil or fat
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°.
- Place the vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle cooking oil or fat over veggies and add seasonings. Mix well.
- Place the tray in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes.
