Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai)
- Juice of 1 orange + 1/2 tsp zest
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice
- A pinch of cinnamon or ginger powder
- Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth.
- Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
