Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup mixed frozen dark red or purple fruits (blueberries, raspberries, açai) 
  • Juice of 1 orange + 1/2 tsp zest
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice 
  • A pinch of cinnamon or ginger powder
  • Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
