Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, broken into pieces
- 2 pears, sliced
- 16 slices prosciutto
- 2 Tbs walnuts

Instructions
- Assemble the salad in 2 bowls. In each bowl, add a cup of arugula, half of the goat cheese, slices from one pear, 3 slices of prosciutto, and half of the walnuts.
- Add a drizzle of the balsamic vinaigrette.
