Ingredients 

  • 2 cups arugula 
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, broken into pieces
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 16 slices prosciutto
  • 2 Tbs walnuts

Instructions

  1. Assemble the salad in 2 bowls. In each bowl, add a cup of arugula, half of the goat cheese, slices from one pear, 3 slices of prosciutto, and half of the walnuts. 
  2. Add a drizzle of the balsamic vinaigrette.
