Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 rounded cup oats
- 1/3 cup peanuts, crushed
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts, crushed
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Link an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a small pot, combine honey, EVOO, and peanut butter and heat over low heat until melted.
- Once combined, take off the heat. In a large bowl, mix the melted mixture with the oats, peanuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the parchment-paper lined baking pan. Press the mixture down firmly to flatten.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Once cooked, leave to cool before chopping into 12 even pieces.
