- 1 serving plain protein powder (aim for 20g protein from powder)
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs nut butter
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 cup water

- Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
