Ingredients 

  • 1 serving plain protein powder (aim for 20g protein from powder)
  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs nut butter
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. 

 

Note: Bee pollen is another great smoothie topper that can be added to any smoothie for additional nutrients.
