Ingredients

  • 1 banana, preferably sliced then frozen
  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt 
  • 1 Tbs. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs. peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (can also use water, coconut water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice; calories & macros given are for coconut milk)
  • ½ cup (+/-) water

Instructions

  1. Put everything in your blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
