Ingredients
- 4 oz. chopped turkey breast
- 1 tsp cooking oil or butter
- 1/2 cup mirepoix (sautéed onion, carrot, celery)
- 1/2 cup diced sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs dried cranberries
- 1 Tbs cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbs chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine turkey breast, mirepoix, diced sweet potatoes and seasonings in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat, once hot add hash ingredients to the skillet and sauté until everything is cooked through, approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Top with cranberries, cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
- Add more salt and pepper if needed.
