Ingredients
- 4 oz. lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- Small sweet potato, diced small
- 1-2 tsp @sietefoods taco seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat, once hot add hash ingredients to the skillet and sauté until everything is cooked through, approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Top with salsa (optional)
- Add more salt and pepper if needed.
