Ingredients 

  • 4 oz. lean ground beef 
  • 1/2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • Small sweet potato, diced small
  • 1-2 tsp @sietefoods taco seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat, once hot add hash ingredients to the skillet and sauté until everything is cooked through, approximately 7-10 minutes. 
  3. Top with salsa (optional)
  4. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
