Ingredients
- 3 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded (leftovers are perfect for hash!)
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh sage leaves or 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped apple, sage, and cinnamon and cook until apples have softened.
- Add shredded chicken breast to the skillet and toss all ingredients together until warm.
- Add optional additions and enjoy!
Notes: you can always up the protein with larger servings of meat!
