Ingredients
- 3 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 LARGE apple, chopped
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh sage leaves or 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbs butter
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken breast, chopped apple, sage, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the ingredients from the bowl to the skillet and sauté until apples have softened and everything is heated through, approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Cook the egg: either make a space directly in the skillet to fry, or poach separately in a small pot.
- Add seasonings to taste and top hash with egg.
