Ingredients 

  • 1 banana, preferrably frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen berry of choice
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder (aim for 20 g protein from powder)
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbs nut butter of choice
  • 2 Tsp chia seeds 

 *Optional toppings (not included in nutrition calculation): cacao nibs

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender with the more dense ingredients at the bottom.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water or thin liquid as needed to your liking for texture and ease of blending.
  3. Top with cacao nibs as desired.
