Ingredients
- 1 banana, preferrably frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen berry of choice
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 scoop plain protein powder (aim for 20 g protein from powder)
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1 Tbs nut butter of choice
- 2 Tsp chia seeds
*Optional toppings (not included in nutrition calculation): cacao nibs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender with the more dense ingredients at the bottom.
- Blend until smooth, adding water or thin liquid as needed to your liking for texture and ease of blending.
- Top with cacao nibs as desired.
