Macro Perfect PB & J Overnight Oats

Ingredients 

  • 1 + 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 2 % Milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup nut butter of choice 

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, mix yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  • Add oats, chia seeds, and protein powder to liquid mixture. Stir well to combine. 
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; overnight preferred.
  • Mash raspberries and layer or mix with overnight oats. Drizzle with nut butter or incorporate nut butter into oats mixture as desired. 
  • Store mixture in airtight container until ready to eat, or separate into individual containers as part of your meal prep.
