Ingredients
- 1 + 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup 2 % Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
- Add oats, chia seeds, and protein powder to liquid mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; overnight preferred.
- Mash raspberries and layer or mix with overnight oats. Drizzle with nut butter or incorporate nut butter into oats mixture as desired.
- Store mixture in airtight container until ready to eat, or separate into individual containers as part of your meal prep.
