Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (for healthy fat)
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 scoop plain protein powder (to add approx. 20g additional protein)
- A few ice cubes and/or water (optional, for consistency: ice thickens, water thins)
- Orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything in your blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
