Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice 
  • ⅓ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (for healthy fat)
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder (to add approx. 20g additional protein)
  • A few ice cubes and/or water (optional, for consistency: ice thickens, water thins)
  • Orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put everything in your blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency. Enjoy!
