Ingredients 

Meatballs 

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbs coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbs crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 BBQ sauce
  • 1.5 Tbs chopped green onions
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

 BBQ Dip

  • 2/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbs BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, beef, garlic powder, ginger, salt, pepper,, coconut aminos, crushed pineapple, BBQ sauce, and green onion. Mix until ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place golf ball-sized meatballs on the sheet, placed about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, whip up the dipping sauce by combining the Greek yogurt, green onions, BBQ sauce, and crushed pineapple in a medium-sized bowl
  6. When the meatballs ar done, serve immediately with the rice and the BBQ dip.
  7. Store any extra meatballs in the fridge or freezer.
