Ingredients 

  • 1 serving plain protein powder (aim for 20g protein from powder)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 green apple
  • handful of kale or spinach
  • 2-3 Tbs cilantro
  • a few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Note: Freeze the banana, avocado, cucumber, apple, greens, and cilantro for a colder smoothie
