  • 1/3 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder (aim for 20 g protein from powder)
  • handful ice cubes
  • water to thin, optional

  1. To a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until you have a thick, smooth texture.
