Ingredients
- 2 Tbs EVOO
- 3 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk or blend all ingredients together.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
If it’s too thick, adjust consistency by adding a small amount of water.
