Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs EVOO
  • 3 Tbs red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk or blend all ingredients together. 
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

If it’s too thick, adjust consistency by adding a small amount of water.
