Ingredients
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 Tbs vinegar of choice
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil, tarragon, etc), chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk or blend all ingredients together.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
If it’s too thick, adjust consistency by adding a small amount of water.
