Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 2 Tbs vinegar of choice
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil, tarragon, etc), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk or blend all ingredients together. 
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. 

 

If it’s too thick, adjust consistency by adding a small amount of water.
