Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (precooked, canned, or rotisserie chicken is great!
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbs golden raisins
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1 Tbs honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well to completely combine.
  2. Serve solo, over greens, or use grain free chips or crackers to scoop!
