Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (precooked, canned, or rotisserie chicken is great!
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs golden raisins
- 1/3 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1 Tbs honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well to completely combine.
- Serve solo, over greens, or use grain free chips or crackers to scoop!
