Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups chopped watermelon 
  • 1 medium cucumber, washed and sliced (if organic, leave peel intact)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Handful of fresh basil or mint leaves 
  • Juice of 1 lime + 1/2 tsp. zest
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • Protein powder to equal ~20g protein (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
