Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups chopped watermelon
- 1 medium cucumber, washed and sliced (if organic, leave peel intact)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Handful of fresh basil or mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime + 1/2 tsp. zest
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- Protein powder to equal ~20g protein (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth.
- Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
