Ingredients
- 12 medium-sized oysters
- 1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°.
- Shuck the oysters, keeping them on the half shell and reserving their liquid. Arrange them on a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture onto each oyster.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
