Ingredients 

  • 12 medium-sized oysters 
  • 1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°.
  2. Shuck the oysters, keeping them on the half shell and reserving their liquid. Arrange them on a baking tray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture onto each oyster.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
