Ingredients 

  • 1/2 small green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 peanuts, chopped
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds 

Instructions 

  1. To a large mixing bow, add the cabbage, carrot, green onion, radish, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice, sesame oil, and peanuts. Mix well before serving with a pinch of sesame seeds.
