Ingredients
- 1/2 small green cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 6 peanuts, chopped
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
Instructions
- To a large mixing bow, add the cabbage, carrot, green onion, radish, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, sesame oil, and peanuts. Mix well before serving with a pinch of sesame seeds.
