Ingredients
- 1 medium organic red apple, washed thoroughly and sliced (keep the peel on)
- 1 Tbs. apple peel powder (optional - must be apple peel powder, not apple powder)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup (+/-) water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice
- Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
- A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth.
- Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
