Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 medium organic red apple, washed thoroughly and sliced (keep the peel on)
  • 1 Tbs. apple peel powder (optional - must be apple peel powder, not apple powder)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (+/-) water, tiger nut milk, or milk of choice
  • Protein powder to equal ~20g protein
  • A few ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions 

  1. Place everything in a blender, with the most dense ingredients at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add additional liquid to adjust consistency, if needed.
